What is HBSA?
The Haas Business School Association (HBSA) is the official undergraduate student government of the Haas School of Business. Under the support and guidance of the faculty and the Haas Undergraduate Program Office, HBSA works to enhance the undergraduate experience and meet the needs of the student body. It serves as an advisory body and represents all students enrolled in the Haas Undergraduate Program. HBSA’s goal is to promote activities that benefit the Haas community, students, faculty and staff.
Who do I contact to advertise my event on UGBA Weekly?
Please send events and announcements as a 50 word blurb (no more) with an associated image to the HBSA Technology and Communications committee at firstname.lastname@example.org by 12:00pm (noon) on Saturday for inclusion in UGBA Weekly. Please put UGBA Weekly as the email “subject.” HBSA reserves the right to edit postings.

Can only Haas students be involved in HBSA?
No, all students of all majors and all grade levels can be involved as an Associate for any of the committees! However, in order to run to be an executive officer who heads these committees, you will need to be a current Haas student. In order to run for President or Executive Vice President positions, you must have served as an HBSA member for at least one semester prior to running.
