Cohort Leaders

Rani Marvram is third year from San Jose, CA double majoring in Computer Science and Business Administration at UC Berkeley. Rani is also the VP of Consulting at Berkeley Business Society. Professionally, she is most interested in platform/product engineering, education technology, and data intelligence. In her free time, she is commonly found doing pro bono work, running around Berkeley or baking! As a cohort leader, she hopes to be a resource to her peers by providing personal and professional development opportunities so do not hesitate to reach out.

Gregory Gunadi is a junior from Diamond Bar, CA, pursuing a degree in Business Administration. He’s interested in investment banking. On campus, he is involved with Delta Sigma Pi and Berkeley Finance club. In his spare time, he loves to try new foods around the Bay using his electric skateboard, listen to music, and playing pool with his friends.

Tad Tobar is a transfer from San Diego, CA, pursuing a degree in Business Administration. He is interested in entrepreneurship and how society can leverage technology to solve complex problems. In San Diego, he is a founding board member of San Diego Community Student Living, a student run non-profit which provides effective solutions to combat student homelessness. He has also founded and operated several other community-based companies, from delivery rentals to entertainment promotions. In his spare time, he loves to laugh, collaborate with others on new projects, and try out new experiences. He’s looking forward to getting to know the Haas community and to create an excellent undergrad experience for everyone!

Kyle Hwang is from Potomac, MD pursuing a degree in Business Administration. He is interested in finance and strategy within the tech industry. This past summer, he participated in an empowerment abroad program in Japan, mentoring high school students through cross communication, global discussion, and personal reflection. He is curious in how culture shapes infrastructure and global development, so he hopes to learn more about international business. On campus, he leads many tours as a Berkeley Campus Ambassador and runs around the Berkeley/SF area to discover hidden gems. Kyle also enjoys outdoor adventures, food trips, and photography. He is looking forward to getting to know his Class of 2019.

Theresa Da Silva (Tessa) is a transfer student from San Diego, and is in her junior year at Haas. She is pursuing a degree in Business Administration with an interest in non-profit management and finance. On campus she is involved in HBSA, the Cal Alumni Association and various clubs.
